BINUS STUDENT SUMMIT

My team and I were selected to participate in the Binus Summit (Student Summit On Global Citizenship Education), where we conducted a workshop and participated in a competition. This event aimed to educate us about the significance of being a global citizen and included topics such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the 3R's (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). On the first day, we learned about the concept of a global citizen and SDGs, and on the second day, we analyzed global issues and created an action plan for them within an hour. At the end of the summit, we presented our action plan and were honored to be awarded the 3rd place for the best plan out of all the 11 schools. This experience was exhilarating as we had the opportunity to meet new friends and establish new connections.
