My experience during the Bali NXC Summit

Investing in startups can be a risky venture, but it's also an exciting one. As investors, we hope to find the next big thing that will revolutionize the world and bring us substantial returns. That's why events like the NextIcorn International Summit (NXC) are so important. NXC brings together investors from all over the world to invest in Indonesian startups, and in 2022, the event was held in Bali, where over 600 technology leaders and startup founders gathered to showcase their ideas.

As a student, I was given the opportunity to be a part of NXC Bali 2022 as an Experience Center Operator. It was my responsibility to assist customers and explain the rules and instructions for the game. I also had to set up and clean the space where the game was played. This was my first internship at Starcamp Asia, where I had the opportunity to work with VRs and Unity. I was thrilled to have been chosen for this role and was eager to gain valuable experience at the event.

Leading up to the event, I worked closely with my team to prepare for my role as an Experience Center Operator. We went through multiple training sessions to ensure that we were well-equipped to handle any situation that might arise. As a team, we worked together to ensure that everything was set up correctly, and that we were ready to provide a fantastic experience for all attendees.

The event was an incredible experience for me. I was able to meet people from all over the world and learn about the latest advancements in the technology and startup industries. I also gained valuable insights into what investors look for when investing in startups. Being a part of this event was a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field and build my skills as an operator.

During the event, I interacted with a diverse range of people, including investors, startup founders, and other professionals in the field. I learned how to communicate effectively with customers, handle difficult situations, and provide excellent customer service. As an Experience Center Operator, I was responsible for ensuring that every attendee had a positive experience, and I took that responsibility seriously.

After the event, I continued to work with Starcamp Asia to further develop my skills in VRs and Unity. I enrolled in the Starcamp Academy course, Unity Programming Bootcamp, which helped me gain the skills I needed to secure a slot as a Game Developer at VR Park. This opportunity was a testament to the skills and experience I gained during the course, as well as my ability to work well in teams and demonstrate leadership.

Overall, my experience as an Experience Center Operator at NXC Bali 2022 was one that I will always remember. It was an excellent opportunity for me to showcase my skills and expertise while also gaining valuable experience in the field. The event allowed me to meet people from all over the world, learn about the latest advancements in the technology and startup industries, and build my skills as an operator. I am grateful to Starcamp Asia for giving me the opportunity to be a part of such an incredible event and for helping me take the next step in my journey as a Game Developer.
